After possessing of the gardens adjacent to Cheshmeh Ali garden (as a historic garden) in Damqan and according to the framework consisting a cultural, tourism and services complex near that, the motioned plan was designed in the scale of a comprehensive plan in order to establish the general strategies.

A services complex consist of a restaurant, a temporal settlement and a parking was located in this plan. Besides, it has been tried to foreseeing a cinema in the cultural part as well as a hotel and a hostel in the residential part.
