This tourism-amusement complex has been planned and designed as a complete residential recreational complex in the East Mazandaran Province, the closest beach to Khorasan Province. Complex plan is including a beach lot loaded with various recreational and sports facilities, four villa lots with equipped local pedestrian route between each two parts, two apartments and two high-rise building; all of these parts are located along with an urban pedestrian road. Therefore, the site has an independent movement anatomy. It has been tried to provide a proper view to the sea by increasing the building’s height gradually. This complex, consisting approximately 20 hectares public and service land uses, has been planned regarding service facilities of the City of Galougah.
