Malaek Residential-Commercial Project was proposed in the form of a national project on behalf of the National Institute for Land and Housing. This project consists of two separate sections: one residential and one commercial, and each has its own independent entrances, connections and public spaces.

Through the creation of diverse commercial spaces and residential gardens and balconies on the higher floors, we have attempted to provide a certain level of comfort and delight for users and residents.
