This competition was celebrated in a limited level in order to designing and constructing an office building in Sajjad Boulevard in Mashad.

By this plan, we tried to keep the continuity of the pedestrian route between two streets which located in the two sides of the complex. Besides, the accesses to the upper floors were accomplished by independent spaces.
