Previously, this building was one of the National Iranian Oil Company’s buildings. Now, the usage of this building has changed to a new office building. For designing and constructing of this project, many parts of the building were changed: first, all of the walls and separator parts were destroyed and then the old mechanic system was removed.

The new building was designed and constructed in the figure of two commercial and eight office units.
