On the basis of social housing projects initiated by the Ministry of Housing, many residential complexes were designed in cities (new town in particular). Accordingly, the 60-unit Aseman Residential Complex was designed in the 6th phase of Hashtgerd New Town, and in addition to adhering to the principles of the proposed housing project, we have attempted to differentiate between its private and public spaces as much as possible.
