The Amir Kabir Sports Complex and Spa, located at the Amir Kabir tourist site in Arak, was designed on an existing structure. The original foundation covered approximately 1,800 square meters, but due to the new functions requested by the client and the consultant’s recommendations, the area was expanded to 7,000 square meters. The design included various extensions and modifications to the existing structure across all levels and sides. The building’s main function is SPA, incorporating a wide range of wellness and recreational facilities such as:

• Saunas
• Jacuzzis
• Various massage therapies
• Traditional baths
• Snow and salt rooms
• Hydrotherapy
In addition to the spa services, the complex also features complementary spaces including:
• Gym
• Group exercise studios
• Yoga areas
• A skincare clinic
• Traditional medicine and acupuncture sections
• Restaurants and dining areas
