This project has been designed and constructed as a 1200 (sq. m) four floors residential unit in Jamaran region. Architectural design phase I and II, interior design and project management were this consultant’s responsibilities.

Building structure has been constructed by post-tensioned system so that whole floor area has no columns. Following spaces have been foreseen: pool, Jacuzzi and mechanical-room on the basement, parking and a home-office for the client on the ground floor, living-room and public kitchen on the first floor and bedrooms, private baths and kitchen on the last floor; interior design has been done for all spaces as well.
