This competition was celebrated in a limited level with this subject: “Considering the maximum accumulation of the marked land from the viewpoint of commercial, residential and office area”. By this plan, we tried to keep the continuity of the pedestrian route between two streets which located on the two sides of the complex. Besides, the accesses to the upper floors were accomplished by independent spaces.
