The design of this complex, located in the lands owned by the Urban Development and Revitalization Organization, was proposed in order to provide Boushehr Historic Urban Revitalization and Organization financial credits in Jomhouri and Taleqani intersection. The aforementioned design includes three separate sections (residential, commercial, office), which are all connected to their own independent entrances and open spaces. Considering the fact that this project covers the area of an entire block, it has the capability to turn into an important urban center through various land uses.
